Close more bookings, and earn more on each one.
An attendee app built on your floor plan that you bundle into any event: the schedule, a map of your rooms and exhibit hall, reminders on every phone. Put it in your packages or on the contract at your price, and give planners something no other venue offered.

The proposal that wins the close call
A planner weighing two venues sees that yours comes with an event app on your rooms. It goes on the contract at your price, the only one your client sees.
Nothing for your staff to set up
We map your venue with you once, divided ballroom included. Book it from your dashboard; the organizer builds the rest on your rooms.
The readerboard, on a screen
A lobby screen shows what's on now and next in each room; a tablet at a door shows just that room. Both follow the schedule.
Proof for the next planner
You and your client get the same report: how many phones used it, what drew interest, and what attendees said. Bring it to your next proposal.
Booked, built, and on their phones
Their schedule, your floor plan, and your house information on attendees' phones. Margin on this booking, and a reason to book you again.

What it does for your venue
Wins the close call
When a planner is weighing two venues, yours comes with an event app already built on its rooms. That's a line in your proposal the venue across town can't match.
Margin on every event
Bundle it into your packages or add it as a line item, at your price. We bill you per event, so it only costs you when it's earning.
Ready before the planner starts
We map your venue with you once. When a booking uses a different layout, like a divided ballroom or an open hall, its map is set to that layout before the planner gets it, so they can place sessions straight away. Nothing to install, nothing for IT, no guest data to look after.
What your clients get
The full program
Tracks, sessions and speakers, from the breakout workshops to the closing banquet, searchable and up to date the moment the organizer changes it.
A personal agenda with reminders
Attendees star the sessions they want and get a reminder on their phone before each one. No sign-up and no text messages.
Your floor plan, room by room
Every session links to your map with its room highlighted, so nobody is hunting for signage in the corridor.
Exhibitor map and booth list
Vendors and sponsors with their booths marked on the hall plan, searchable from the floor.
No app required
Opens from a QR code, saves to the home screen from the share menu, and keeps working when the Wi-Fi doesn't. Optional iPhone and Android apps are on the way. Everything works without them.
Printables for the doors
Posters, wall signs, table tents and pocket cards, each carrying the event's QR code, ready to print.
What only your venue has
A lobby display and door signs
A screen in the lobby shows today's events, with what's on now and next in every room. A tablet at any door shows that room alone, with a QR code to the schedule. The readerboard, on your TV and on every phone.
Your house information on every event
Parking, Wi-Fi, restrooms, accessibility, the loading dock: enter it once and it appears on every event held at your venue, ahead of the organizer's own notes.
Your name on every share
When the event is shared, the card says it's hosted at your venue and carries your logo. On for every booking by default, and your call for any one of them.
Proof it was worth it
After the event, we send you and your client the same report: how many phones used it, which sessions and booths drew interest, and what attendees said. Anonymous, with no attendee list behind it, and yours to show the next planner.
For your IT
- A web app, with optional native apps on the way. Nothing to install on your side, nothing on your network, nothing for your IT to maintain.
- Attendees never create an account or give an email to use it. There is no attendee list to leak, on our servers or on yours.
- At the end, the app asks attendees how it worked. That summary goes to you and your client, anonymous, with no list behind it.
